Prices 2025
Toursupport continues to invest annually in a new generation of vans. As a result, the majority of the fleet Mercedes Sprinter 315 CDI remains very young. Our current prices are aligned with this new fleet. Daily Price = 152€ (vat 21% not included*) + 400 km free + extra km * 0,30€/km. Rental days are NOT calculated on a 24-hour clock. Each rental ends the next day at 08am. In order to avoid being charged an additional day, you will need to enter before 08am the next morning. (*) No VAT when invoiced to valid registered professional EU or US company. We need full advance payment to lock you reservation. Insurance is included. For all vehicles and for each individual damage incident the applicable third party deductible (damage to third party) is limited to €600 and the full-risk deductible (damage to our vehicle) is limited to €2000.
* Permits and Stickers Provided – Guidelines for Toursupport Diesel Vans
All vans in the Toursupport fleet are diesel vehicles, compliant with Euro 6 emissions standards. With a Euro 6 emissions vehicle, you are permitted to access most environmental zones across Europe, as this standard is one of the strictest for combustion engine vehicles. However, rules differ per country, city, and region, so it’s crucial to check specific regulations for your travel route. Our vehicles are equipped with necessary permits for specific countries and regions. A €2 per day surcharge (150€ + 2€ = 152€) is applied to the rental fee to cover the costs of the included permits and registrations. By providing those key permits and stickers, Toursupport aims to reduce costs and administrative workload for our customers, allowing them to focus on their journey with greater convenience.
- Switzerland: The vans are equipped with the required vignette for highway access.
- Austria: A valid vignette for highway use is included.
- United Kingdom:
- The vans are registered for access to Ultra Low Emission Zones (ULEZ).
- Not Included: The Dart Charge crossing and fees for the Congestion Zone (Central London) are not covered. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying these charges.
- Germany: The required environmental sticker (“Umweltplakette”) is provided.
- France: The required Crit’Air environmental sticker is included.
Customer Responsibilities, Fines and Penalties
For countries and cities not listed above, the customer is responsible for determining whether Euro 6 vehicles will no longer be permitted (Zero-Emission Zone) or if the vehicle requires additional registration, specific stickers or permits to access environmental zones or restricted areas. Any fines, penalties, or charges incurred during the rental period are entirely the responsibility of the renter. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of emission regulations, missing permits, or non-compliance with local access rules. Always check the local regulations and requirements for your planned route and destination, especially in cities with specific low-emission or environmental zone rules. The website urbanaccessregulations.eu can be a useful tool for this. If additional permits or stickers are required, the customer must acquire these at their own expense.
